Accounts Receivable

Schedule:

Full-time – Monday thru Friday – 6:00am to 2:30 pm

Initial onsite training, followed by partially remote working schedule

Primary Tasks & Duties:

This position will be responsible for data entry, collections, & month end processes and will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager & Accounts Receivable Lead. This role will also work with a team of 8 additional A/R staff in the Accounting/Payroll Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and batch both money and no-charge residential Plumbing and Electrical invoices
• Review and batch HVAC money invoices split between another team member
• Review and batch both money and no-charge Insulation invoices
• Review and batch Parker Family Plan Memberships
• Process and batch Parker Family Plan Membership changes
• Process Tech Packet paperwork and payments
• Assist other department staff and supervisors when needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience with Service Titan or Intacct a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
