Warehouse Assistant Manager

Immediately hiring experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help manger with assisting day-to-day production and scheduling of work performed.
• Deliver and pick up materials as needed.
• Help maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed; ensure orderly and safe conditions at all times. Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures, and equipment; arrange for repairs/replacements as needed.
• Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager, to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all materials and deliveries.
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems. Help keep inventory current at all times; report any inventory shortages.
• Maintain records and log information for vans etc. and schedule the maintenances, logo replacements, follow-up with camera issues, or windshields replacements.
• Schedule and maintain all garbage dumpsters and cardboard.
• Computer skills are required for record keeping.
• Basic handyman skills are required
• Basic car knowledge is a plus

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ work experience in warehouse position
• Valid Driver’s license
• Knowledge and ability to maintain spread sheets etc.
• Pass background and drug screening check
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds or more
