Inside Sales Representative

Earn $25-$30 per hour, including monthly commissions & bonuses, as an Inside Sales Representative at Parker & Sons!

Schedule:

Monday through Friday (subject to change) – Flexible Shifts

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schedule services
• Respond to and book jobs requested through online lead sources
• Schedule appointments from inbound calls for customers, technicians, and in-field appointment generators
• Customer Service

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have attention to detail
• Must be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns
• 1+ year of call center and telemarketing background preferred
• Strong communication skills and high energy/enthusiasm a MUST!
• Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus!
• Dependable and reliable
• Have basic Microsoft skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
