Payroll Processor

Immediately hiring an experienced Payroll Processor!

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday- 7am-3:30pm

***Two-week to Four-week training period- then working 2-3 days onsite (remainder remote)

We are looking for someone who will fit in to our hard-working and supportive team environment. Parker & Sons has seen tremendous growth over recent years, and we’re excited about sharing the opportunities that are available for our employees/team.

What you will do:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for HVAC Service Division
• Audit invoices processed for technicians in our POS system
• Compare Daily Reports to Technician timesheets
• Process final timesheets for terminated technicians
• CC forms for payroll adjustments for technicians
• Cover for lead tracking
• Help finalize bi-weekly payroll
• Process Monthly/Annual Bonuses for Technicians

What is Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook skills
• Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Service Titan helpful, but not required
