Schedule:

Full-time – Monday thru Friday – 7:30 am to 4 pm

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Plan and implement safety guidelines and programs
• Advise and support other departments with various safety-related topics
• Attend department weekly meetings
• Conduct and create toolbox talks, as needed
• Work closely with insurance carriers (work comp, general liability and auto)
• Conduct risk assessments, job site visits, truck inspections
• Support our on-board camera system (LYTX)
• Assist with developing and maintaining safety data, spreadsheets
• Conduct accident investigations on work comp, auto
• Prepare and document reports for workplace injuries and auto claims
• Manage the work comp process with our medical provider
• File claims as needed for Auto, Work comp and General Liability
• Prepare OSHA related documents 300 300A
  Perform and assist with new hire on-board processing (covering safety guidelines/expectations)
• Conduct property damage assessments and coordinate build back with selected contractors
• Residential contractor experience preferred
• Work closely with Accounting department to process invoices/bills
• Assist in coordinating medical care for injured employees
• Clear driving record and reliable, driving is a significant part of job

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the safety field
• Knowledge in working with insurance carriers a plus
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Able to develop Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, and have the ability to conduct those presentations
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong ethics and the ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Residential experience a plus
• HVAC industry knowledge is preferred
