Operations Assistant - Sales Support

Earn $17-$19 per hour (plus the opportunity for monthly bonus), as an Operations assistant supporting sales for the Water Treatment division at Parker & Sons!

Pay/Benefits:

• Earn $17-$19 per hour DOE (plus monthly bonuses)

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Address incoming customer requests/concerns (phone & email)
• Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled sales appointments
• Take inbound sales calls
• Make Appointments for leads coming from Home Depot and Technicians
• Schedule and dispatch sales calls in Service Titan
• Follow up on non-sold jobs and jobs that need to be rescheduled
• Assist with retail program administration

Job Requirements:

• 3 Yrs Customer Service Experience
• Quick, accurate data entry
• Dependable and reliable
• Solid verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong phone skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
• Proficient Microsoft Word skills. Service Titan experience a plus but not required
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Type 30+ WPM

Other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
